Plans are in the works for a cottage and boat shop in central Florida.
William was commissioned for this Design/Build project in Port Antonio, Jamaica in 2014. William and Victoria spent 8 weeks building the cottage along with a small crew of carpenters and local wood shops.
At the age of 11years, William's parents bought him at 10' mahogany sailing pram. Biscayne Bay quickly became his big back yard.

William began working at his father's Architecture firm during high school summer vacations. He formally joined the firm in 1972, later attending the University of Miami to earn a professional degree in Architecture.
Various projects include a combination Endoscopy/Orthopedic Surgical Suite (Belize), Outpatient Surgical Center (Bahamas), OR Theater (Barbados) and many other healthcare related projects.
William's heritage has roots in aviation. William's grandfather flew with Eddie Rickenbacker during WWI.
William has designed, engineered and constructed many high-end residential projects during his professional career. In addition to hands on construction, William performs structural, mechanical, electrical and specialty engineering for most of his projects.
William F. Arthur-Architect/Builder. William is a licensed Architect and Certified Building Contractor in the State of Florida. He also holds Architectural registrations in Georgia and Alabama. He currently serves as Vice-President at whadesign, an Architectural firm that his father started in 1962.
